Dear Residents,
The Leasing Office will be closed on Wednesday, December 9th from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm for mandatory staff training. Normal operations will resume at 1:30 pm. Please note the following:
· For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at (650)304-8558. Packages are not considered an emergency. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact SR Global, our Courtesy Patrol, at (925)440-8020.
· To report any noise disturbances or property-related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.
· Please note that package-related matters are not considered emergencies. Should you experience a lockout, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.
