·   For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-559-8500 and select option 2 on the keypad. Packages are not considered an emergency. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact SR Global Security, our Courtesy Patrol, at 925-440-8020.

·   The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global Security for immediate assistance at 925-440-8020.
