Dear Valued Residents,

We are writing to inform you of our upcoming holiday schedule. The Leasing Office will be closing at 1pm on Tuesday, December 31^st and will be closed on January 1^st. Rest assured that we will resume our normal hours of operation on Thursday, January 2^nd from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

If you encounter a maintenance emergency while the office is closed such as water leaks, smoke detector concerns, or a clogged toilet, please contact the after-hours maintenance on-call at (650) 492-0205. Kindly be advised that lockouts are not considered an emergency. In the chance that you experience a lockout, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.

To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please contact our courtesy patrol, Bastion Security Services at (877) 884-7877 for immediate assistance. As a reminder, the Community Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm – 8:00am daily.
