Dear Residents,
We are happy to announce that we will be performing our annual exterior window cleaning at the entire community.

Scope of Work: The cleaning will include all exterior windowpanes, window screens and awnings. For residents with patios, please clear any furniture or belongings away from these areas to allow access to the workers. Please make sure all pets are inside and do not have access to the patios during the scheduled work. Additionally, please ensure that your windows are closed while work is in progress.

If there are any concerns regarding privacy, please keep your blinds closed while the work is being performed. Please note that windows MUST be shut in order for the work to be completed. If windows are left open, we will not be able to wash them.

Schedule: This project will occur over a three-day phased timeline, beginning Wednesday, July 22nd and with an estimated completion date of Friday, July 24th. The work schedule will be from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Please see the map below for your reference.

We will send an additional email reminder prior to the start of the project and will follow up with another email confirming completion of the work. We will send updates if there are any changes to the schedule.
