What is the Fit From Anywhere App?
In 2021, the Fit From Anywhere platform was created with the notion that fitness shouldn’t be limited by the 4 walls of a gym or knowledge. It’s a unique platform that helps overcome the hurdle of not knowing what exercises to do when you’re in the gym, at home, or literally anywhere!

💃 Zumba
Bring your rhythm (or at least your enthusiasm), a water bottle, and a towel - then get ready to move!
This music-based cardio class blends simple, follow-along dance moves with upbeat tracks so you can sweat without taking yourself too seriously. Two left feet? Perfect. You’ll fit right in. Expect to burn calories, boost your mood, and leave class feeling like you accidentally joined a dance party instead of a workout.
Recommended: Comfortable athletic shoes, water/hydration, towel
💥 Boot Camp
Bring some hydration, a towel, and get ready to earn that post-workout snack in this no-equipment, bodyweight boot camp-style class.
We’ll use classic bodyweight movements - think squats, lunges, planks, and a few spicy intervals - to build strength, endurance, and confidence. It’s challenging, but not scary: every exercise comes with options so you can dial it up or down based on your ability or how you’re feeling that day. You’ll leave a little tired, a lot proud, and probably a bit sweaty.
Recommended: Athletic shoes, water/hydration, towel
🧘 Yoga
Relax, reset, and recharge - whether you’re touching your toes for the first time or working on your next arm balance.
This class is designed for all levels: We’ll focus on some breathing, mobility, and releasing tension so your body feels better and your mind gets a break from the day. Expect a mix of feel-good movement, targeted stretching, and a relaxing cooldown at the end. Think of is as a mini reset button for your week. Tight hips, busy brain, or advanced practice - all are welcome

Cameron Clark
Cameron Clark has spent over 17 years - and more than 32,000 hours - coaching people toward stronger, healthier, more sustainable lives. He has been serving the Stanford community since 2004, beginning with the Health Improvement Program and Stanford Athletics, and later launching and leading on-site fitness programs across Stanford Faculty & Staff Housing communities.
Over the years, Cameron has helped countless individuals at every stage of life and fitness— from true beginners taking their first steps into exercise, to former collegiate athletes looking to rebuild strength and structure, to busy faculty, staff, executives, and parents working to reclaim the fitness that demanding careers and schedules gradually pushed aside.
In 2021, Cameron created the Fit From Anywhere platform to remove the most common barriers to consistency: lack of time, lack of equipment, and uncertainty about what to do. The Fit From Anywhere app delivers structured workouts, clear guidance, and coaching support that adapts to real life - whether that means training at home, in the community gym, while traveling, or with limited time.
The philosophy is simple: fitness should be accessible, flexible, and sustainable, without sacrificing results.
Outside of coaching, Cameron is a vintage British car enthusiast and a father—both of which strongly influence his belief in balance, longevity, and building systems that support life rather than compete with it.
